Here's a checklist for your on-line NLMM® session.
- yoga mat/rug to practice on
- blanket/extra layer for end of class
- comfortable clothing
- optional eye mask
- tissues
- (ideally) a stereo system to hook up to
- Zoom uploaded on your (charged) device
- Please allow 75 minutes of uninterrupted time for yourself
- please log in 5 mins beforehand to make sure your tech is working and I can sign you in
- session starts promptly
